將凍肉等料放進(jìn)加滿水的解凍池，用氣泡將水翻騰，從而達(dá)到快速解凍機(jī)目的。解凍池旁邊有恒溫池，水從恒溫池流入解凍機(jī)內(nèi)，隨著凍品的解凍，傳送帶上的產(chǎn)品向出料方向出料，解凍池內(nèi)的水溫慢慢下降，到出料這段時間，水再從解凍池進(jìn)入到恒溫池，這樣循環(huán)利用，節(jié)約環(huán)保型。
