需清洗的周轉(zhuǎn)筐由不銹鋼鏈條輸入清洗機中，依次通過堿水→高壓熱水→常溫自來水→消毒水→常溫風(fēng)刀去水等多道工序，將筐子清洗干凈，同時完成殺菌及風(fēng)干；特殊筐子清洗時可在熱堿水清洗段后加配毛刷，對筐子底部及左右兩側(cè)進行刷洗，提高清洗效果；采用連續(xù)式清洗，以提高清洗效率。
