1、主要結(jié)構(gòu)：本振動篩主要由架體、篩板、振動電機(jī)、彈簧、防震聚氨酯座等部分組成。

本機(jī)設(shè)備除動力部分外，全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的SUS304不銹鋼制作。

2、主要工作原理：物料由入料端進(jìn)入，經(jīng)過振動偏心裝置震動前進(jìn)，能更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)物料盡快脫去大部分水珠，然后進(jìn)入風(fēng)干線或直接裝箱，大大縮短物料的干燥時(shí)間，提高產(chǎn)品的工作效率，該機(jī)也可用于物料的篩選、分級、布料。

2、振動瀝水機(jī)采用全不銹鋼制造，由激振器產(chǎn)生振動源，使物料在篩網(wǎng)上拋起等以此起到震動瀝水等作用，此設(shè)備建議配入流水線作業(yè)，效果更佳。主要用于脫水蔬菜、糧食、塑料、化工、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)。
