果蔬清洗漂燙加工線可以用于青菜，大白菜，葉菜等蔬菜的清洗，漂燙，冷卻，脫水加工。

1、工藝流程：

Process flow:

以高壓風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)力或水泵的壓力使水產(chǎn)生攪拌運(yùn)動(dòng)，使物料在水中翻滾，從而達(dá)到清洗果蔬效果，適用于中小規(guī)格果蔬的清洗(與水果外形無關(guān))，節(jié)水效果好。

2、工作原理：

Working principle:

該機(jī)由機(jī)架、水箱、風(fēng)機(jī)(水泵)、提升機(jī)、循環(huán)沖洗水泵、傳動(dòng)部分等幾部分組成，工作時(shí)由于水中風(fēng)力(壓力)的存在，果蔬在水中劇烈翻滾攪動(dòng)，清洗水經(jīng)過過濾后，由循環(huán)沖洗泵加壓至進(jìn)料口噴管回沖，噴管方向可調(diào)，物料被噴管噴出的高壓水得以再次沖洗，并朝著出口方向漂移，出口處置至刮板提升機(jī)，刮板提升機(jī)的速度可調(diào)(調(diào)節(jié)刮板提升機(jī)速度到所需的生產(chǎn)能力)，將沖來的果蔬送至下道工序(可根據(jù)用戶要求在出口刮板提升機(jī)上加噴淋管，進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行噴洗)。也可根據(jù)用戶不同的物料，加工不同的提升結(jié)構(gòu)。

3、特點(diǎn)：

Features:

蔬菜表面的泥沙會(huì)脫落，沉淀到底部隔離倉，防止了翻揚(yáng)回流。而從蔬菜上洗落下來的雜物和小蟲會(huì)漂浮在水面，然后被網(wǎng)孔收集，溢出水槽的水流被排除水箱，進(jìn)入尼龍袋中。蔬菜被蔬菜清洗機(jī)洗干凈后，再經(jīng)過噴淋的清洗，然后通過傳送帶送出，傳送帶末端有一個(gè)吹起裝置，沒有被清理掉的雜物吹落。
