清洗風干流水線有氣泡洗袋機、提升機、振動篩、風干線、四臺設備組成，首先將物料直接倒入到洗袋機內由水槽中的水由下而上產(chǎn)生氣泡，氣泡產(chǎn)生與破裂產(chǎn)生的能量，促進產(chǎn)品翻面清洗，清洗后進入清水噴淋區(qū)，清洗干凈后直接進入振動篩，由振動篩將大部分水珠震動掉后進入風干線，風干完畢后直接裝箱即可。
