洗袋清洗風干流水線有滾筒洗袋機、提升機、振動篩、風干線、破袋挑選機五臺設備組成，首先將物料直接倒入破袋挑選機內進行破袋挑選，然后進入到洗袋機內由前半段加洗液清洗，采用循環(huán)水泵，蒸汽加熱系統(tǒng)，變頻調速、自動控溫，清洗后進入清水噴淋區(qū)，清洗干凈后直接進入振動篩，由振動篩將大部分水珠震動掉后進入風干線，風干完畢后直接裝箱即可。

1、洗袋風干流水線第一步是通過破袋挑選機對包裝袋進行挑選，將破損的包裝袋給挑選出來。設備架體采用不銹鋼304材質，不銹鋼輸送網帶。物料倒進破袋挑選機，利用水的浮力進行破袋的挑選，同時具有均勻布料的功能。

2、洗袋風干流水線第二步是滾筒式洗袋機，通過提升機將產品提升至洗袋機內進行洗袋。采用循環(huán)泵高壓噴淋清洗，然后物料進入下一環(huán)節(jié)清水噴淋清洗。螺旋出料進入振動篩。

4、洗袋清洗風干流水線的第四步是進入到風干線進行風干，首先前半部分通過大功率高溫風機對產品進行風干，后半部分是高溫烘干，將產品表面殘留的最后一點水分給烘干掉。常溫風干段各風機可獨立控制，客戶可根據(jù)產品干燥程度自行控制風機個數(shù)，降低能耗。高溫烘干段采用蒸汽盤管加熱，烘干包裝袋外表吹干水珠后的潮氣，同時為了保證低溫天氣水份蒸發(fā)慢時的風干效果。
