該設(shè)備清洗、挑選、振動(dòng)瀝水、風(fēng)干/烘干于一體，清洗效率高、自動(dòng)連續(xù)清洗，省水率高于70%。主要用于高低溫殺菌后，產(chǎn)品表面油垢、污漬的連續(xù)清洗及風(fēng)干，可按需要訂做，并可直接并入裝箱實(shí)現(xiàn)流水化生產(chǎn)。

The equipment is integrated with cleaning, selection, vibration, waterlogging, air drying/drying, with high cleaning efficiency and automatic continuous cleaning, and the water saving rate is higher than 70%. It is mainly used for continuous cleaning and air drying of oil and dirt on product surface after high and low temperature sterilization.

整機(jī)全部采用SUS304不銹鋼加工制造，將清洗的產(chǎn)品或殺菌后的產(chǎn)品輸入輸送網(wǎng)帶，無(wú)極調(diào)速控制，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)經(jīng)設(shè)備的強(qiáng)勁風(fēng)力及時(shí)將物料表面的殘留水滴去除，除水干燥既可進(jìn)入下面加工環(huán)節(jié)，簡(jiǎn)化了生產(chǎn)工藝，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
