1、設(shè)備采用不銹鋼制作，符合食品出口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，清洗機(jī)采用高壓氣泡水浴清洗，清洗能力大，洗凈率高且不損傷物料，經(jīng)旋翻至輸送網(wǎng)帶，在網(wǎng)帶上進(jìn)行高壓水流清洗完成作業(yè)。用于高、低溫殺菌后，產(chǎn)品表面油垢、污漬的連續(xù)清洗及風(fēng)干。

2、風(fēng)干流水線可按需訂做，風(fēng)干速度可根據(jù)工藝要求設(shè)定，設(shè)備的風(fēng)機(jī)臺(tái)數(shù)根據(jù)客戶定制的尺寸來(lái)安裝，我們廠生產(chǎn)的風(fēng)干流水線支架板厚3mm，網(wǎng)帶絲粗：1.5mm， 網(wǎng)帶304不銹鋼，網(wǎng)帶傳動(dòng)齒輪為304食品級(jí)不銹鋼，完全符合對(duì)食品機(jī)械的要求，并可直接并入裝箱線實(shí)現(xiàn)流水化生產(chǎn)。
