給袋式包裝機(jī)進(jìn)入我國(guó)已有數(shù)年的時(shí)間了,經(jīng)過(guò)這些年的發(fā)展和追趕,雖然與國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品仍舊有著不小的差距,但是已經(jīng)完全能較好地滿足我國(guó)包裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的需求。

1.氣路需提前準(zhǔn)備能夠滿足計(jì)量機(jī)1立方米、儲(chǔ)氣罐1立方米以及冷干機(jī)1立方米的空氣壓縮機(jī)，以保證設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。

1. The air compressor that can meet the requirements of 1 cubic meter of metering machine, 1 cubic meter of gas storage tank and 1 cubic meter of cold dryer should be prepared in advance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

2.電路方面根據(jù)電壓和額定功率要求準(zhǔn)備插排和相應(yīng)的三相五線電源，用于安裝使用噴碼機(jī)、計(jì)量稱重機(jī)以及啟動(dòng)給袋式真空包裝機(jī)；

3.對(duì)于包裝醬腌菜類的產(chǎn)品的設(shè)備而言，其產(chǎn)品含鹽量高，腐蝕型強(qiáng)，用清水沖洗不僅可以滿足食品衛(wèi)生要求，也可以降低酸堿鹽成分對(duì)設(shè)備的損傷。

3. For the equipment of packing pickle products, the product has high salt content and strong corrosion. Washing with water can not only meet the requirements of food hygiene, but also reduce the damage of acid, alkali and salt components to the equipment.

4.給袋式真空包裝機(jī)開(kāi)機(jī)核對(duì)顯示屏數(shù)據(jù)，根據(jù)數(shù)值對(duì)設(shè)備的電、氣路進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，壓縮空氣氣壓是否達(dá)到要求，先運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2個(gè)工位，觀察機(jī)械有無(wú)碰擊異響。

4. Start the bag type vacuum packaging machine, check the display data, test the electric and gas circuits of the equipment according to the value, and check whether the compressed air pressure meets the requirements. First run two stations to observe whether the machine has bumping and abnormal noise.

5.打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，接通電源，預(yù)制袋就位，設(shè)定和檢查設(shè)備的溫控儀和調(diào)整主機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度，先不進(jìn)行上料，空轉(zhuǎn) 看空包裝袋的封口效果，如果封口效果平整無(wú)褶皺，再加。

5. Turn on the power switch, turn on the power supply, put the prefabricated bag in place, set and check the temperature controller of the equipment and adjust the running speed of the host machine. 6.在包裝過(guò)程中，質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)隨時(shí)對(duì)包裝好的產(chǎn)品，進(jìn)行抽查，看真空袋的封口是否完好，如果出現(xiàn)褶皺或者密封不好的現(xiàn)象，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行及時(shí)調(diào)整，避免出現(xiàn)大批量的不合格品。

6. In the packaging process, the quality inspection personnel should check the packaged products at any time to see whether the sealing of the vacuum bag is intact. If there are wrinkles or poor sealing, the equipment should be adjusted in time to avoid large quantities of unqualified products.
