該機(jī)由機(jī)架、水箱、風(fēng)機(jī)（水泵）、循環(huán)沖洗水泵、傳動(dòng)部分等幾部分組成，工作時(shí)由于水中風(fēng)力（壓力）的存在，果蔬在水中劇烈翻滾攪動(dòng)，清洗水經(jīng)過過濾后，由循環(huán)沖洗泵加壓至進(jìn)料口噴管回沖，噴管方向可調(diào)，物料被噴管噴出的高壓水得以再次沖洗，并朝著出水口方向漂移，出口處置至刮板提升機(jī)，刮板提升機(jī)的速度可調(diào)（調(diào)節(jié)刮板提升機(jī)速度到所需的生產(chǎn)能力），將沖來的果蔬送至下道工序（可根據(jù)用戶要求在出口刮板提升機(jī)上加噴淋管，進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行噴洗）。也可根據(jù)用戶不同的物料，加工不同的提升結(jié)構(gòu)。
